Benfica’s first course, “Foundations of Benfica Methodology,” is already available online and open for enrolment. The 40-hour course introduces the principles behind SL Benfica’s identity, training approach and player-development model.

Those who complete it can progress to “Applied Benfica Methodology – Level 2,” partly held at the Benfica Campus; the pathway is intended to become a key qualification for coaches seeking to take part in Benfica football projects in more than 40 countries.

The course creates a formal pathway from an online introduction to on-site application, tying Benfica’s stated training identity to coach recruitment across its international projects.
